Dear Patrol 4 members,

Me and Sylvester had just found out that you guys are getting abit OUT OF HAND. You guys touch each other "balls" or taupok each other during fall in. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, no other patrol does that except for patrol 4. We told the SPL and they said that if you guys continue this, you shall own us 20. THIS IS REALLY VERY SERIOUS, for the subsequent meetings starting from 16/7, IF I SEE ANYONE OF YOU DISTURBING AND PLAYING WITH EACH OTHER DURING MEETING, YOU ALL SHALL CONTINUE 20 EITHER ON THE SPOT OR AFTER MEETING! THESE IS RIDICULOUS, I HAVE BEEN REMINDING ALL OF YOU COOUNTLESS OF TIMES, IT IS NOT JUST THE FIRST TIME SO DONT ACCUSE ME OF NOT REMINDING YOU AND JUST ORDERING YOU TO KNOCK IT DOWN IF YOU DO SO!!!

Next is also another important thing, I have been hearing scouts from our patrol who tell your own patrol members to SHUT UP and other negative words when Patrol members are saying a few positive comments. IF I SEE THIS AGAIN REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ARE A PL, APL, Sec3,2,1, You shall continue 20.
